Each individual may hold only one active account on mvp97. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed without notice. All balances and pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture pending investigation.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 25.000 via bank transfer and Rp 10.000 via e-wallet. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000. mvp97 charges no transaction fees; third-party provider fees remain the member's responsibility.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. mvp97 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse, multi-accounting, or other prohibited behaviour is detected. One bonus per promotion per household.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software or bots, exploitation of software errors, and any form of money laundering are strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules will result in permanent account suspension and potential referral to relevant authorities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which mvp97 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute not resolved through our internal complaints procedure will be referred to the applicable regulatory body for final determination.

To become a Member, you must complete the registration form on the mvp97 Platform and provide accurate, current, and complete information in all required fields. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will maintain and promptly update your account details as necessary to ensure they remain accurate.
Each individual person may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mvp97 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate account is found, mvp97 may close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit all balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mvp97 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify mvp97 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
mvp97 is required to verify the identity of its Members in order to comply with its international licensing conditions and anti-money-laundering obligations. By registering an Account, you consent to mvp97 conducting such verification checks as it deems necessary, at any time during the lifetime of your Account.
mvp97 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until all required documents have been submitted and approved. Processing time for submitted documents is typically within 24 hours during WIB business hours.
All financial transactions on the mvp97 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mvp97 does not accept foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion fees. Members are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or payment provider.
mvp97 reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, violation of these Terms, or where processing the transaction would expose the Platform to regulatory or legal risk. Members will be notified of any declined transaction via their registered email address.
mvp97 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this clause.
mvp97 employs fraud-detection systems to monitor for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging across bonus-eligible games, systematic exploitation of promotional structures, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Where bonus abuse is determined, mvp97 may void the relevant bonus and all associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the Member's Account, and recover any funds already withdrawn as a result of the abuse.
All games and betting markets available on the mvp97 Platform are governed by the rules of the relevant Game Provider or sportsbook product. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game or market, the specific game or market rules will prevail for matters relating to the outcome of that game or bet, while these Terms will prevail for matters relating to account management, withdrawals, and conduct.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mvp97 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in disciplinary action up to and including permanent account closure and legal referral.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of mvp97. Game content and assets remain the intellectual property of the respective Game Providers.
mvp97 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. In summary:

Nothing in these Terms limits mvp97's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
mvp97 may suspend or permanently close a Member's Account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances: material breach of these Terms; provision of false or fraudulent information; engagement in prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or where required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency. Where an Account is closed for breach, any Balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited entirely where the breach involves fraud or money laundering.
Any Member may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting mvp97 support. Prior to closure, the Member must withdraw any remaining real-money Balance and complete any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses, or elect to forfeit those bonus funds. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 WIB business days.
mvp97 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, mvp97 will provide notice to Members via the registered email address and/or a prominent notification on the Platform no fewer than 7 days before the change takes effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the change.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mvp97 holds its international gaming licence. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through mvp97's internal complaints procedure.
Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of Indonesia. To the extent that Indonesian law confers rights on you that cannot be excluded or limited by contract, those rights remain unaffected by this clause.
